From Numb to Nourished was developed to help you train your senses so that you can strengthen your intuition, experience joy on demand, and reconnect with generational wisdom.
Each week, I will take you through a live workshop where we will go in-depth into the curriculum and how it applies to you. These tools are customizable, flexible, and tested and designed to be integrated into your everyday life.
Phase One: RECONNECT
Reconnect sets the foundation to feel.
This phase will reintroduce and strengthen your senses, building the foundation for you to connect with your most authentic self. This includes learning how the senses act as your compass, and lead you to sustainable nourishment.

Phase Two: RECLAIM
Reclaim builds on your reconnect foundation.
This phase introduces you to your ancestral tools, and teaches you how to tap into your unique practices of generational joy. As we wrap up this phase, you’ll have everything you need to turn these lessons into life-long changes.

We will meet for 1 hour each week, for 8 weeks. Throughout the course, you will have access to private office hours to ensure you get all the support you need.
